Miroobah Connection: Duanchai Tayaborworn aka DT is a good friend of mine living in Queensland Australia. She cooks excellent Thai dishes which I am fortunate enough to be part of. She enjoys sharing and enjoying the spices and flavours of Thai with friends.
If you are interested in Home Cooking Class…why not try Traditional and/or Thai influenced dishes. We don’t run regular class…only on demand. We are running this as non-profit initiatives, however we may ask you to contribute a small donation towards the ingredients.
