At Miroobah IT, we are community focused, providing a Mentoring Program for individuals wanting to Start/Re-start/Re-route their career in IT, with little or no previous experience or those wanting to re-route their career path into IT (in particular, Software Testing).
Our mentors teach, direct, support and guide their mentees all the way. We aim to accelerate their personal and professional development, making them more capable in the near future.
The mentee will be required to undertake one or more online training courses in software testing or similar. The Mentor will allocate time to coach and advise his or her mentee on what and how to manage potential issues that they may face, including providing ‘hands on’ experience and connecting with potential business partners to help expand networks for their “Mentee.”
*Mentee will be required to pay their own cost for the Software Testing – ISTQB Foundation Certificate (Online Training course)
